J5 Equine's Premium Splint boots are the perfect boot to protect your horse's legs during training, exercise and riding. Our splint boots protect the lower legs from injury that may occur when one leg or hoof strikes the opposite leg.
Extremely easy to put on, J5 Equine's Premium Splint boots provide 360 degrees of protection and provide pure comfort for your horse. The ventilated neoprene will help to keep your horse cool and comfortable even during the hot months and helps to insulate them during colder weather.
Our straps allow flex during full stride of your horse which allows full flexion and movement.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
Lost / Missing Packages
J5 Equine is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
"No Information Available At The Moment"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Returns
J5 Equine return policy lasts 30 days. After receiving your product if you are unsatisfied after 30 days please follow these guidelines in order to receive a Return/Refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened. If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, please contact our 24-hour support staff at orders@j5equine.com to receive the return address.
Once a product has been returned, as soon as it is delivered to the return address a full refund will be processed.
Refund Timeframe
Once a product is returned and accepted at the return address the customer will be full refunded, funds may take up to 2-3 business days to appear in your bank account.
If a product is damaged or you are unhappy with the product please contact orders@j5equine.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@j5equine.com and you will be given the return address to send your product to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
